There can be no guarantees here - sometimes we have to say no -
every little step in the Loan process is greatly condensed and magnified.
Every step must be correctly anticipated and allowed for - but it
can be and is done. Due to the great increase in processing time,
messenger fees, hand carrying, etc.,etc., the fees for this type
of loan are a little higher. So if you're in a tight situation and
aren't ready to give up, follow these few steps closely:
- 1. Use this link to send us an e-mail,
or send us a fax at (818) 343-1671 . Outline your situation as
best you can and include all the phone numbers you can be reached
at and a fax number that you can receive faxes on.
- You may already have a complete loan package with another lender
for the Loan you had hoped was going to close. If this is the
case, contact them and see if they will fax the existing loan
package to us or release it to you. Don't actually do anything
with it yet, just find out what they have and what they will do.
- If you don't have a loan package already or there is doubt you
will be able to get a copy, go to the Full
Application section, print the form, fill the form out completely
and return as soon as possible.
- Then go to the Loan Matrix Program
section, fill in that questionnaire completely as possible and
submit it.
